Rome2Rio: Trip Planner App Reviews

I installed this app several days ago on my iPad2 with the latest iOS9 update. It hasnt worked yet. Server unavailable. I deleted it and reinstalled via iCloud but still the same error.

I traveled for many years before the Internet existed and this app makes things so simple. It saves hours upon hours of time. Just an incredible resource. Reported prices arent always accurate so dont use it for budgeting, just a ballpark. But aside from that its brilliant. 5 stars even with that caveat.

Please add a "select date" option to this app and it would be perfect. Without it, this app is basically unusable for flights.

Absolutely the best app Ive seen for inter-city travel. Presents lots of options, great interface.

Whether you are going by car, bus, train, plane, ferry, on foot, or you are trying to choose among the options - this is the best resource yet! Have used it in USA, South America, Europe - small cities and large. Reliable and filled with information.

Great app. Used it to travel around Scotland. Have shared it with friends and family. All have been impressed. Saves hours of research. Before I go into a country I research side trips. It works!

Dont travel without it!!! You wont get lost when you use Rome2Rio. I stumbled onto this app while planning a trip to Europe. Checked it out by asking how to get from the airport in my home city to a variety of destinations in my area. Wow!

Let me start off by saying this is an amazing reference tool. Just wish you could put in a date and get more accurate costs for travel. For example it says I can fly to Vegas from Virginia for $180 one way, cheapest Ive found is $600+ Where they found $180 Ill never know

Amazingly fast delivery of relevant information. Very simple to use and probably the prefect tool for nomad like me. Sitting at Bangkok airport gate and checking train service from Haneda airport to my hotel. Got perfect route planning in just a few seconds before we started boarding.

I used Rome2Rio to search for places way off the tourist trail in the remote region of Basilicata in Italy and found the solutions. Amazingly useful.

This is a great-sounding app. Unfortunately the estimates are wildly inaccurate in my opinion.
